ALS
Every Breath, Every Day — Giving Hope for ALS
INTRODUCTION
Every day, someone with ALS loses a little more — movement, voice, breath.
At Give Hope 365, we believe the answer to that is simple: show up. Every single day. This page exists to raise awareness, fund research, and stand with every person and family fighting ALS right now.
MY STORY
This cause is personal to me.
My brother's life was changed by ALS. I watched a disease that doesn't just take the body — it takes piece by piece, slowly, while the person inside remains fully present. The cruelty of that is something you don't forget.
But I also watched something else: the strength of people who refuse to let a diagnosis define their spirit. That stays with you too.
Give Hope 365 exists because of him — and because every family deserves more than waiting for a cure that hasn't arrived yet.
ABOUT ALS
ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), also known as Lou Gehrig's disease, is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that attacks the nerve cells controlling movement. People with ALS gradually lose the ability to move, speak, and breathe — while their mind remains intact. There is currently no cure, but research is accelerating, and every dollar raised helps drive that progress forward.
